1. Offer Overview

• Offer valid for customers who have a complimentary design consultation and place a deposit against the minimum total project value of £25,000 inc VAT to receive a £1,000 (including VAT) off the total project fee. 
• This offer applies exclusively to the purchase of a new kitchen and is subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• The offer is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• The kitchen must be purchased directly from Elements Kitchens Ltd.
• A valid deposit must be received on or before 30th September 2025 to qualify for this promotion.

3. £1,000 Voucher Details

• Registration for the voucher whilst stocks last, enables you to redeem £1,000 (including VAT) off the project fee
• The voucher has no cash equivalent, nor transferable against any other purchases other than a new kitchen project.

4. Exclusions

• The promotion does not apply to previously placed orders or deposits.
• Commercial or trade customers are not eligible for this offer.

5. Deposit and Payment Terms

• A minimum deposit amount, as outlined in your kitchen purchase agreement, must be received on or before 30th September 2025 to qualify.
• Standard payment terms for the purchase of a kitchen from Elements Kitchens Ltd will apply.

6. Cancellation Policy

• If the kitchen order is cancelled by the customer after the deposit is paid, the value of the voucher will not be redeemable or transferable, and any refund of the deposit will be subject to the company’s standard cancellation terms.

7. Availability

• There are a limited number of vouchers being issued at the discretion of Elements Kitchens Ltd.

8. General Conditions

• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• This offer is valid only for kitchens purchased from Elements Kitchens Ltd in the UK.
• Elements Kitchens Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
