Terms and Conditions – Wonderful Winter Sale

1. Offer Overview
   • Offer valid for customers who have a complimentary design consultation on or before Saturday 14th February 2026 (and place their deposit, with a minimum purchase value of £25,000 inc. VAT) to receive a free quartz worktop valued at up to £4,500 (including VAT) from a choice of 8 beautiful finishes.
   • Your 20mm work surface will feature square edge detailing, drainer grooves, a polished sink cut out for an undermount sink, tap hole, standard hob cut out and a 100mm upstand.
   • Excludes; splashbacks, window cill, breakfast bars or additional work surface fabrication processes. We will also include work surface templating and installation.
   • This offer applies exclusively to the purchase of a new kitchen and is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
   • The offer is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
   • The kitchen must be purchased directly from Elements Kitchens Ltd.
   • A valid deposit must be received on or before 14th February 2026 to qualify for this promotion.
3. Quartz Worktop Details
   • The free quartz worktop included in this offer is capped at a maximum value of £4,500 (including VAT).
   • Any additional costs exceeding £4,500 will be payable by the customer.
   • The selection of quartz worktops available under this promotion may be limited to specific ranges, subject to availability.
   • Installation of the worktop is included as part of the standard kitchen installation package and will be included within your overall quotation.
4. Exclusions
   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
   • The promotion does not apply to previously placed orders or deposits.
   • Commercial or trade customers are not eligible for this offer.
5. Deposit and Payment Terms
   • A minimum deposit amount, as outlined in your kitchen purchase agreement, must be received on or before 14th February 2026 to qualify for the free worktop.
   • Standard payment terms for the purchase of a kitchen from Elements Kitchens Ltd will apply.
6. Cancellation Policy
   • If the kitchen order is cancelled by the customer after the deposit is paid, the value of the free quartz worktop will not be redeemable or transferable, and any refund of the deposit will be subject to the company’s standard cancellation terms.
7. Availability
   • Quartz worktop options may vary and are subject to availability at the time of order. Elements Kitchens Ltd reserves the right to substitute an equivalent worktop if necessary.
8. General Conditions
   • The free quartz worktop offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
   • This offer is valid only for kitchens purchased from Elements Kitchens Ltd in the UK.
   • Elements Kitchens Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Governing Law
   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
   • Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
